  • Wind farms depend on good roads and infrastructure.
  • Triple Oak will work with Craig County to develop a Road Use Agreement to ensure the project will leave roads better than we found them. Improved roads and infrastructure will be a long-term benefit to all residents and visitors to Craig County. 
  • Every wind turbine that is installed on private land becomes taxable property by the county, which provides a reliable source of funding for local schools, emergency servcies, infrastructure, and other county services. 
  • Clean power invests in local Oklahoma communities, providing property, state, and local taxes in 2022 totaling $123.2 million. 
  • 91 Oklahoma school districts in 31 counties are supported by renewable energy, as of February 2025.
  • More than $75 million is paid annually to Oklahoma landowners as the result of wind, solar and energy storage facilities.
