Triple Oak Power sees firsthand how landowner partners feel about clean power projects, but the broader public doesn’t often hear their stories. Cofounder and CEO Jesse Gronner is aiming to change that. Today, Triple Oak is launching a new video series – an idea Gronner envisioned and hosts. His sit-down interviews with landowners across America showcase agricultural and ranching communities and generational family traditions. Audiences can listen as landowners share their real-life experiences and perspectives on clean power benefits.

Launching the series, Gronner shared his thinking behind the concept:

“This video series produced by Triple Oak Power reflects what I’ve learned in two and a half decades as a wind developer. As with all approaches to business, trust, transparency and honest relationships are the key to success. Specific to our industry, though I’m originally from New Jersey, I have been able to easily align with the farmers and ranchers of the West and Midwest to craft win-win business opportunities. In these videos, I return to those agricultural regions to visit with partners who chose to work with me and my team – in some cases many, many years ago – and continue to host wind projects on their land.

“These videos show that wind energy projects are truly sustainable investments for families and communities across the U.S. Our mission at Triple Oak is to develop sustainable energy plants, and we are in a moment of massive demand for American energy.  The only way to meet that demand is an all-of-the above energy resource mix. Triple Oak Power is excited to continue to develop solutions to that end. Meanwhile, a critical component of our success is the legacy left behind in which family farms and ranches, and their broader communities, are left economically healthier and more stable for decades after our projects are completed.

“Finally, I’ve watched as the facts about wind energy have been distorted, and opinions have become more polarized with little opportunity for healthy discussion. The goal of these videos is to provide a view into the actual experience of working with us as well as landowners’ first-hand accounts of hosting wind energy projects while continuing to maintain ongoing agricultural businesses.”
